“We have a clogged bathtub drain. The plumber they sent could not unclog and said he would let his supervisor know and they would call with options. That was 4 days ago and I called to office on Monday to confirm. I got told that no one said anything but that someone would reach out. We have heard nothing. So it would appear the plumber didn’t do what he said and no one does what they say or we would have heard by now. We need to get the repair done as there are two cancer patients in the house.”

“Once again Murphy's to the rescue! My living room ductless air wasn't working. Murphy's had already fixed the kitchen ductless air unit. Brian arrived on time, worked diligently on the issue and thank goodness, he was able to fix it. He was also polite, was respectful of my home and property, and not one complaint about crawling around in the dirt underneath my extremely hot porch!! It was so nice and cool in my house today! I baked some chocolate chip cookies for the grandkids and it still feel comfortable in my kitchen. Thanks Murphy's HVAC”

“Earlier this summer, Murphy’s installed new plumbing from our kitchen into our basement in order to install a washer and dryer on our first floor. The work was done extremely well by workmen who did excellent professional work, explaining clearly what needed to be done and cleaning up the basement and the kitchen when they were done. At one point, they encountered unforeseen difficulties requiring more labor and time, but when we received the invoice not one extra penny had been added to the original estimate. I highly recommend Murphy’s for their quality of work, honesty, and consideration for their customers.”

“Jim (your Tech from Bucks County) did a precise and patient installation of the entire spigot assembly from the patio faucet to the shut off valve in a challenging poorly lit corner of my basement. I live in an 83 !!! year old Westbrook Park home (just did the math}; the old shut off valve had seen its day and water was continually dripping from the original pipe onto the patio. Jim had to cut out some OLD!!! ceiling tiles and remove pieces of wood bracing in order to access everything. I saw him measure out new copper tubing to replace the old pipe; he attached a lovely brand new shut off valve to it with a trendy GRAY handle inside. Love it! And now outside there is a beautiful new GREEN handled brass spigot designed to slant a bit outwards which helps the hose alignment. I could not be more delighted with this handsome and trouble free installation. Jim even applied some colorless silicone caulking to seal everything up! He is a real problem solver and a courteous gentleman. God bless him and Murphy’s. Thank you!”
